DESCRIPTION
Nagajaya Micro Hydropower Plant is located in Banten Province, on Java Island, Indonesia. The power plant will install two Francis turbines with a total capacity of 6.5 MW. PLTM Nagajaya is owned 65% by Tinfos and 35% by Norfund through a joint venture company, Tinfund Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore, with an investment value of USD 1.3 million. The plant is expected to generate approximately 34.16 GWh of renewable electricity annually, based on a capacity factor of 65%. This electricity will provide clean energy to around 22,700 households.
