DESCRIPTION
ESMAP is a 40+ year old trust fund that provides practical advice and seed funding for governments and World bank teams to increase energy access while transitioning to a low-carbon economy. The UK has committed USD6.3m, of which, USD 3.0m has been provided as grant finance to support the Indonesia Sustainable Least-cost Electrification -2 (ISLE-2) project with PLN.
